Job Summary
- Experience in corporate law.
- Experience in company incorporation, compliance, and legal management (bylaws drafting, general assemblies, board of directors).
- Provide support on legal due diligence exercises.
- Experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex contracts and agreements.
- Ability to communicate with clients, understand their legal problems, provide sound and practical legal advice and counsel, and advise them on how to proceed with their case.
- Advise on legal and regulatory issues that may affect the business.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in litigation and dispute resolution.
- Conducting legal research to support attorneys’ arguments in court cases or during negotiations with opposing parties.
- Drafting pleadings such as motions or briefs that set forth legal arguments supporting or opposing a particular position in a case.
- Minimum 5 years of experience preferably in an international corporate law firm
- Western educated
- Master’s degree in law
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong MS office skills
